Our sauna is built on wheels. It’s a cozy, insulated, wood-fired experience. Our location changes based on the time of year, and we can also be reserved for private events where we bring the heat to you.
-
Book your session online, sign the waiver, arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session, step into the heat. Sweat, cool down, rest, repeat.
For private events: visit our Private Events page to inquire about your date. We bring the sauna to you, set-up, and keep the sauna hot throughout your reservation. Oak dump buckets and cold plunges can be provided upon request (water hook-up required).

Contrast therapy is the process of cycling between hot and cold. Exposure to heat expands blood vessels, increasing blood flow and relaxing muscles. Cold exposure constricts blood vessels, reducing inflammation. Alternating between hot and cold can create a “pump” effect, improving circulation, accelerating recovery, and leaving the mind and body more resilient to stress.
During a session, you can cycle between the sauna and cold water (or air) at your own pace.

Wear what you would feel comfortable wearing at a pool. Bring two towels – one to sit on in the sauna, and another to dry off with afterwards. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and water shoes if you plan to enter the water.
-
Use care when entering and exiting the sauna
Arrive clean – it’s respectful and helps keep the sauna fresh for others
Remove shoes and rinse feet before entering the sauna
Leave belongings outside of the sauna. Jewelry, eyeglasses, watches, phones, etc. can heat up quickly and should remain out of the hot room.
Always sit on a towel inside the sauna
Listen to your body – limit your time to 10-15 minutes per round
Be cautious when adding water to the sauna rocks and check with others before doing so
Don’t stoke the fire or open the stove door
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Consumption of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited
-
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.
